Our Process

There are four stages in our client engagements:

1. Discover

Firstly, let’s fact-find and set the metrics. We will analyse and understand your brand, business and customers. We will then strategise our response, identifying your pain points and providing you with ideas for solutions as part of this discovery session.

2. Define

  • Prioritised Goals
  • Stylescapes

Working together with you, we will set what the most important goals of the project are and how we will meet these targets. Sharing our initial ideas from your brief, a first-draft of stylescapes will be created at this stage, inclusive of all images, colour palettes, fonts and styles we curated for the project.

3. Design & Develop

  • Design Execution
  • Development & Testing

We will start, design and develop the project based on previously approved style and functionality guidelines. If it is a development project, we will start testing at this stage to ensure robust and reliability within the solution.

4. Deliver

  • Projects/campaigns launch and go live
  • Support & improve

Once design and development is completed and tested. We will launch and make it live. We continually support and improve from user behaviour and feedback.
